My text via Verizon not going to T mobile - to no one

Verizon solutions is "call T mobile - Not our problem!"

T mobile say, Verizon has SMS issues !

Over 15 days , No engineering in network care to fix it

Multiple tickets and they don't care to solve the problem

Only one number

I had to reach out to management department to get help as technical department and engineers were not able to help

its now resolved, until the next time. its been happening to me for several time sin ast 5 years
