Verizon account via mobile app/website

I cannot login to my verizon account since my phone number has been deactivated since Sunday May 25th, 2025. I did my google research and it said that I need my mobile number or account number and I don't know the whole account number either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Do I have to call my local Verizon store to get help with my account while my phone number is deactivated? Because I haven't been able to login to it and when I try to login to it, it tells me that the user ID/username and password don't match the records at verizon or on the verizon website/mobile app or something. I didn't want to have account either but I cant get into my other account that I could login to all the time with my phone number like I always would.  What should I do?

I think I already have someone helping me transferring my service from my mothers Verizon account to my own Verizon account. Also they are work on getting my line to be an active line and right now it is disconnected.

Hi, if you've disconnected your service or ported out your number, login access to My Verizon is immediately revoked.  I've read a number of things about the disconnected account login and the URL was changed recently, so I'm not sure if this one works:

Disconnected Account Login

or try using the one-time bill pay site which doesn't require logging into My Verizon to view your bill:

https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/nos/ui/payment/otp/login#/

Final bills will be sent to you via snail mail.

Do you know by any chance of how I can get into my account that I was always logging in with my phone number? I did my research on Google and Google says that I need an account number or phone number to login. Well now that my phone number is deactivated, I now need the account number to login and I don't know how to get it from someone that works for Verizon. I have tried the disconnected account login and that didn't work either. I'm wondering what the link is that doesn't require logging in?

The link that doesn't require logging in, looks like it is a link to look up the Verizon mobile bill and I can't do that either because I don't know how to get the full Verizon bill account number from someone and I don't have a phone number either. My phone number was not registered on to the mobile network and I don't know how long its taking to register it onto the mobile network. I was to my nearest Verizon store and they said that I could possibly get the exact same phone number back if its available but I would think that Verizon would have already given me my phone number back by now. My phone number is under IMEI information in my phones settings and it should be on my SIM card since that is the only way I can make any calls and texts so something is not making any sense.

I have done some more research on Google and Google says that contacting In-House Recovery Team could be an option if the account is deactivated and that they are only available on weekdays which I am going to guess that means Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm central standard time. I don't know if it would work out well for me though either.

I don't know how I got this post to be a solution when a Verizon Customer Service Representative has not replied to this post and I have no idea how to unmark the solution. It was an accident.

I now fixed it. This post is now no longer a solution

I have tried that and it does not work. I have this account right now because my other one I used to login with my phone number but now that my phone number is deactivated because I was always getting notifications that my phone number was not registered on the mobile network and I am wondering if it is registered now. I was on the same mobile phone plan with my mother, father, and brother and now the other thing I am wondering is that if my phone number is still available so I can get the exact same phone number back. Thanks in advance

I also heard that the Disconnected mobile account login page URL recently changed whatever that means. What changes were made now that the URL changed?

I dont have any service at all. I need to link my phone to her account by putting the account number in to get my account back. My mother is the account owner and she won't give me the account number. Could someone help?

If you're trying to get your phone number back, seems like you just need to request the phone number to be reactivated in your name.  If you're wanting someone else to pick back up the line, you'll have to contact that person and they will have to get Verizon to add the line to their account.
