Verizon locked Samsung S24

Bought Samsung S24 from guy on ebay.com.
Policy said that phone should be SIM unlocked after 60 days. 
Will it unlock automatically ? Cause for now I can't use it with my Vodafone EU SIM card.

Now after update in ODIN the phone ask me for a unlock code.

I'm sorry to hear that your device is currently locked. Based on what you shared, if you bought from a third party and the device is showing as locked with VZ, you’ll need to reach out to the original seller you purchased from.
