Verizon phone unlocking

hello. Here is the thing. I'm customer of Verizon for about 6 years, may be more. So it's not a secret that Verizon is pricey and it had some pros for it. Every time I went abroad I just flipped sim card to a local carier with no problems. Now on their official page it says that phone remains locked during 60 days after purchase being in service. And guess what. Now I'm in trouble, because Verizon doesn't want to unlock my phone that I purchased almost a year ago, because it's not paid in full amount. And I never had a late payment, all my previous phones were paid in a half of term, but they just choose to keep on giving me hard times. That's my last deal with verizon, this carrier doesn't worth anymore that price that they asking. Huge disappointment with verizon. Strongly don't recomend

And here is one more thing about verizon customer service. Since they refused to unlock my phone by their own policy, I required to change my phone plan to the cheapest one, because verizon ain't worth to pay what I paid. And representative offered me the cheapest one for 65$. When after a brief search online it's come out that the cheapest one is 30$. Very good verizon, you do everything to lose your customers
