Verizon sales practices

I purchased a Samsung S23 phone today.  I asked for the paperwork at point of purchase. The salesman said it will be eMailed to me.  I only received a document containing a breakdown of charges with jargon that I do not understand. The data received does not speak to my insurance nor any information about my NEW calling Plan. The data does not itemize my monthly cost projected. The interest rate is not shown for my phone.   The promo for my old phone is not mentioned which was promised.   The promised eMail has not been received.   Why am I left so confused?
