Basically, the voicemail app will not open. I never really needed to use it until now, so it hasn't been an issue I noticed. Anyone else have a similar issue?
Are you talking about the *86 voicemail, Verizon's Visual Voicemail app, or some other voicemail app?
Well making sure your voicemail is working as it should is certainly important. We can absolutely help look into that with you. Which voicemail application are you using? What happens when you try to open it? Are you using a Samsung phone that you purchased from Verizon or was it an unlocked device?
