Anyone else having issues with getting 4 and 5 alerts a day for new voicemail, but when you login to your voicemail it says no new voicemails?

That is certainly odd behavior to get alerts for voicemail, but when checked you don't see any new voicemails, TXShelbyman. I know I wouldn't want to miss anything important when my voicemail notifications are crying wolf. When did this behavior first start happening? What, if anything, changed with your device or service before this issue first started? What model Samsung phone are you using?

Hi Joseph,
I have a Galaxy Z Flip 5. It seems to have started after the last update although I can't be absolutely sure. I am on One UI v. 6.0, Android v. 14, security patch level January 1, 2024.

Typically when there is a software update, we do recommend that you complete a factory data reset to ensure all apps are up to date to work with the software update. Please be sure to back up your phone's content prior to completing this step and let us know if the issue still persists.
