Dial star 86, then it asks for your password? is it a 4-digit number.? I forgot mine. How to reset it. Not working, Can I talk to a real live chat person about this issue?
I have an option to reset my voicemail password when I login to My Verizon on my PC, but you can do it from from the phone app too:
