Voicemail not recognizing PIN

When trying to access my voicemail, it says my PIN is incorrect. Happened last month, I was out of town so waited until I got home and it worked fine. It's happening again and I ended up locking my voicemail out for 30 minutes. I waited, changed my PIN, waited for a while longer (to clear the system) and it says the same thing. Tried calling #611 for help that was NO HELP as voice prompt doesn't understand my problem and just keeps telling me to change my PIN. Is anyone else seeing this?

Nevermind...as soon as I sent this I rebooted my phone as a last ditch effort and now it's working. No idea why I had to reboot as everything but voicemail was working.

I had the exact same problem. Recently it took a few retries before it recognized it. Today it didn’t like any entries and locked me out. I only have one pin for everything so it’s not like i forgot it. Finally called cust Svc and had the system reset it to something random. I never thought to reboot the phone.
