Recently my voicemails can only be played via speaker phone. While listening to the VM the speakerphone icon is enabled and I cannot turn it off. How do I fix this? Thanks.
Hey there, PhoebeQ, we know it's important for you to be able to listen to your messages. What model phone are you using? Do you recall any changes just before the issue with your voicemail started? How are you checking your messages?
