Voicemail

For the last month or two, every several days when I go to check my vm and I use my pw it it is quite often telling me my password is not valid. So I reset and then in a few days it will not work again. Today it is doing it again and I just reset my pw on the 10th. Now when I go to change the password on the ap it is asking me for current pw! I have googled the issue so I know I am not alone. How to fix?

Hello, Little_g1. Help is here as having access to your voicemail is a must. Please tell us more. Are you using the voicemail application that came with the phone or a third party application? Are you dialing *86 or using visual voicemail?
