Weird ringtone only on some phone and video calls.

I have been getting a strange "ringtone" when someone calls me.    It sounds like a woman, possibly Asian, repeating  something like "Lie Kin."    It doesn't happen all the time.  

I have searched my phone for " .mp" files, but nothing comes up (that will actually play).

Suggestions?

That's pretty weird, but I'm sure we can figure out what's going on. What kind of phone are you using? Does it happen with specific callers? Are you using the phone app that came with the phone?
