Wi-Fi calling problem

Hi, I am having problems with receiving and making wi-fi calls. I have a dual band router and my download speed is over 500 mbps. When someone calls me they usually don't hear a ring; it goes straight to vm. If I turn the phone's wi-fi off and back on, I can get and make a couple calls but then I lose it again. I have reset the network settings on my phone and reset my router. I had the same problem with my Samsung 24 so I upgraded hoping the new model would work better. Nope. Any suggestions?

Have you tried disabling IPv6 on the router?  Verizon still uses IPv4 for WiFi Calling, so if your router is running on IPv6, WiFi calling won't work.
