I dropped my phone, and caught it in an odd way. In doing so, I now have a small patch of stuck pixels and a dent in the screen and/or screen protector. It is not a big deal, and I really don't even notice it anymore. I tried a few things, and nothing has helped so far. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm thinking that maybe the screen protector is pushing on the screen, and removing it may help. I just don't want to do that on such a new phone. Open to reading your experiences or suggestions.

Your screen is damaged. If you don't mind looking at the damaged part of the screen all the time, then it is what it is; otherwise you'll have to take the phone to a repair shop and see if having the screen replaced will fix it.

I depend on my device on a daily basis, so I know how important it is to make sure it is working correctly, we'll be glad to look into this. This could be due to screen damage, our best recommendation would be to remove the screen protector to verify this.
