I've got to see fold three that I got less than 2 years ago and the inside screen the big screen is totally worthless it's completely black I've asked and asked and asked to see if Samsung would repair it or make it right because I'm still paying a high price for a $2,000 phone. Well I don't get any response from Verizon other than you need to pay your bill well I would if I had a phone that I could use. I've been with them for over 2 years been paying on this phone now and it's basically a piece of junk a $2,000 paperweight and I haven't even finished paying for it it's it's crazy. I will be going to a different carrier you can believe that.

I'm basically have a worthless z fold 3 Samsung Z4 and Verizon has just ignored me every time I've asked for help trying to get it fixed all they want to ask for is the money for my bill well I'm sorry if I don't have the phone that I can use that I was paying a big price for $150 a month is what I paid for my phone and my service and they expect me to keep paying that when I have a piece of junk phone and they won't help me get it fixed.
