my service for my phone and wifi shut off at 11-11:15pm like clock work evry day and have been for the past few days. its super annoying and has me wanting to switch service providers. nothing is past due on my account either and i'm wondering if anyone else goes through this too?
That's very strange, and we want to make sure you're able to use your services without any problems. Do you have any restrictions for your line on Smart Family or do you have an active Smart Family subscription?
