I bought an iPhone 15 from Verizon in July well in October my fiance got an iPhone 15 pro max through SPECTRUM I was going to use the pm well I did the data transfer from my 15 to the pro max well in November I had an issue with an app nothing worked so I decided to factory reset the phone go to redo it and it says eSIM not supported we’ve called Verizon twice and been denied for Unlocking what can I do now I’m getting fed up and nobody will help any advice

Hi, any devices purchased through a carrier are locked to that carrier's network. So, the iPhone 15 Pro Max is locked to Spectrum and your fiance must contact Spectrum to get it unlocked before it will work on Verizon.
