Currently receiving SPAM texts from E-mail address with increasing volumes of them happening , is there a way to stop this from continuing? As it is now you can only block up to 15 email address which is useless since the Spammers change numbers often and it will b e a matter of weeks before the maximum number is reached.
If we could simply block email texts like we can numbers that would be good but that option is not available.

Same issue. I'm unable to block online; it sends me to Smart Family and I cannot find where/how to block spam text messages sent via email.
We have a few different options to assist you regarding this. You should be able to block all text messages sent from the web or by email by using the page below.
