I have had a 5g for the last 3 years and now since dec 2023 no 5g anywhere. I even recently bought the s24 ultra hoping that would fix the issue. I had the same problem with my s20 plus. I tried a new sim card still the same issue. I have the 5g play more plan.

One of our main goals is to provide great service and we are concerned to hear that ou are experiencing issues. To better assist, please tell us a little more. Are you connected to Wi-Fi or using your plan data? Do you have problems indoors or outdoors?

You've got lots and lots of company with the "no 5G for months" thing. There's a rumor that being on a legacy plan such as you are causes deprioritization, but there are plenty of postpaid customers on current plans who have the same problem. Verizon needs to upgrade their towers and/or add more.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
