"Non-Verizon Sim Card Inserted" error after updating Galaxy S22+

I recently updated my phone and now about 5 minutes after a reboot an error pops up on my screen saying that I have a "Non-Verizon Sim Card Inserted" and demanding that I contact Verizon for an unlock code. My issue is that I do have a Verizon sim inserted.

I dealt with this last year after the August 2023 and successfully reverted my phone to the previous version, and simply stopped updating it, which solved the problem. However after updating it again today it seems that the bug hasn't been fixed, and now 5 minutes after any reboot I lose service to the mobile network and can no longer receive calls or texts and since there's been a OneUI update since then, I also can't revert my phone back to the version that worked previously
