I preordeded the S25 ultra at the store and got a receipt and everything. The funds even cleared my account. Now it says I have to update my payment method or it won't ship my phone out and it will cancel the order. I paid over $400 for this and they are saying I have not paid for it? I hope they know I have proof and that I want what I have paid for. Anyone else have this happen to them or has this happened before and how did you get it fixed?
