I preordeded the S25 ultra at the store and got a receipt and everything. The funds even cleared my account. Now it says I have to update my payment method or it won't ship my phone out and it will cancel the order. I paid over $400 for this and they are saying I have not paid for it? I hope they know I have proof and that I want what I have paid for. Anyone else have this happen to them or has this happened before and how did you get it fixed?

update: Pam did not help me. Instead, she transferred the chat to someone else who went MIA on me. I was active in the chat for over an hour waiting on him. I am literally in tears because I feel so helpless. Verizon is God awful.

Did you check your bank account to see if the payment was processed and there wasn't some kind of declination later? Depending on the payment method, if you recently got a new credit/debit card and used that to pay for the phone - Verizon's system doesn't automatically update the expiration date and CVV number for the new card. The best way to update a payment method is to delete whatever method you have in your Verizon account completely, then put in whatever method you use as if you'd never had any information entered before.
I've also heard of transactions being flagged as fraudulent by Verizon's system and don't know what causes that exactly, but some people have reported if you go over some credit limit imposed by Verizon on your account, then your orders get cancelled.

I literally just pre ordered the phone and paid, now itโs saying that I have to accept terms and agreements and pay all over again. I think itโs just an issue that will auto resolve before the release hopefully.
