where to download voicemail app

I have a Galaxy S21 5G and  it does not have the voicemail app on the phone.    I have the same phone on another line and that phone has the voice mail app.   Where can i get a copy of the voicemail app?

What voicemail app is it?  If you can't find it on the usual app stores, then I'm speculating your S21 is a factory unlocked version, and the app is a Verizon one, which would only be on Verizon variant phones.  Or it's some discontinued/no longer supported app.

We are sorry to learn you are missing the Voicemail Icon. Have we checked if the App is Disabled?

Settings > Apps > Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) > Show system apps

Search for Voicemail or Samsung Visual Voicemail

If you find it, Enable it and check if the icon appears.
