The customer service in this entire company is deplorable. I never received my wi fi extender.And the customer service agent that was helping me deleted my account. For some reason gave me a new account. I was previously given a $65 bill credit that mysteriously disappeared. And it shows I haven’t paid anything. I have paid 2 months bills already. I don’t know how to get help with this . Have spoken with supervisor and 25 different agents at this point. This is a horrible way to treat a customer
