Extender not arriving as promised

I ordered an extender through verizon and was promised  7 to 10 business days and that was 14 business days ago.  it still shows it has not shipped.  What is going on?

Same with me!  I ordered one as recommended in an email from Verizon on August 19 and nothing has happened almost a month later!  3 to 5 day shipping.

Mine was ordered for me to resolve calls dropping at home. It has been over a month and still says waiting to ship.
