I have a Verizon-branded LTE extender -- I think it was made by "Askey", not the Samsung model. The device is online and supporting mobile access (in Closed mode, believe it or not) with no problem. But the admin web interface is not accessible at all. It's not a username/password issue -- there is no response at either 80/tcp (http) or 443/tcp (https).
This had worked when I installed the unit last year (replacing an earlier unit that "failed" because Verizon couldn't figure out how to allow configuration in Closed mode & couldn't figure out how to reset it within the account, either).
Is this a known problem?

Not a known problem that I know of. I just accessed mine with no issues.
Which browsers have you tried and are you accessing the IP address shown in the display? Using a network tool app, can you PING the address? And, of course, have you done a reboot and/or tried a bottom pin hole reset as well?

(changing usernames, unfortunately, due to a mix-up between the community's SSO and username/password functions. Argh!)
I used Safari on both Mac & iPhone, but it also fails using curl. If curl can't connect, nothing will.
I did perform a power cycle, but I forgot about the hardware reset button. I'll try that the next time I'm at the unit if there are no other suggestions.
