I purchased the GameaPass/Netflix bundle for a free year of Xbox GamePass and a free year of Netflix Premium on Verizon through+Play. I was able to activate GamePass but TO THIS DAY I have yet to get Netflix activated all it says that "Activation Pending" and has never changed. I have been on the phone multiple days exceeding over 5 hours a day and multiple chat season. I have had 5 tickets made but someone keeps closing them as "resolved" without EVER reaching out to me and it's still NOT RESOLVED! I have also called Netflix and they said it was on Verizon's end and I have gone through heck

doing Verizons job to try and fix this with still no answers and still no service that I have paid $190 for. I feel as if I am being ignored and brushed to the side sense you guys already have my money and are closing all my tickets to fix the issue without talking to me or fixing it!
