"Extra member" for Netflix +play

I have the Netflix +play promotion on my account.

I want to add a family member not living in my home.  Netflix offers this option at a discount and calls it an "extra member".

However as Netflix came via Verizon, I don't see the option in Netflix settings or in Verizon.  How can I do this?

I recommend reaching out to NetFlix to review your options and see if that is an option when using a promotion. -Joe

Thanks. I did reach out to Netflix, yesterday. Unfortunately, they said adding an "extra member" is not possible with the Verizon promotion.  They said my only option would be to purchase a full-price Netflix subscription for my family member not living under my roof. 

It's a shame Verizon didn't consider this situation when they created the promotion.

I too am having this problem. Makes the Verizon promotion worthless if I can’t use Netflix to its fullest potential.

Im about to cancel my Verizon promos to the streaming services because this sort of restriction is just a pain to deal with. If you restrict what we can do on Netflix then it’s just not worth the few dollars saved. Not all thought-through by Verizon.

I was also disheartened to find out I couldn't keep my extra household when getting the Netflix Perk, Divedoctors. The great news is that if you need an extra household, you can add the Perk to another line as well, and register it for the other household with a different email address. At any rate, we do appreciate your feedback about the limitations of Netflix through Verizon billing.
