I have been sent 2 set top boxes and still can't get setup. I don't understand why its so hard to get help. I have no issues in 2 other rooms that i have cable setup. I was told by agent online that everything is fine on hook up but still after 2nd box it still doesn't work can it not be made easier to get a tech to come out and fix this.
