Horrible customer service with no regard to their members or even honoring if their agents give wrong information. I was assaulted and robbed of my phone. Verizon forced me to get a new line with new number in order to get a free phone. I've been a verizon member for over a decade with the same number and monthly bills over $300. Then every time I called customer care I was told oh here is a work around we can help but every time it was someone offering something not possible and i call back because its not done but when I call back they tell me that last agent was wrong that they even noted the account with the wrong information but they can not honor what that agent said. I had the rudest supervisor who was unhelpful and refused a request for a manager. Most agents don't use hold and just leave you on mute so you never know if you are still connected. Company use to care about its loyal customers but because my phone was stolen I of course had no trade in they refused to help me with a phone without paying full cost. I felt assaulted 2x, the person who attacked me and stole my phone and verizon with their horrible unhelpfulness.
