I traded in a phone and was getting a $1,000 credit towards new iPhone spread over 36 months. At first it wasn't on my account. After a call it was added on. Now it's missing again after I received confirmation that everything is all good with the trade in. Very frustrated with VZW as this is a constant issues when trading in devices. Now I have to call again tomorrow. Horrible service!
