Need to talk to someone re: canceling a contract over a returned phone from 2024.
Bought a Fold5 phone from a Verizon store. HATED THE PHONE! The store would NOT take it the phone back.
I spoke with Verizon Customer Services in mid-October 2024 and they told me ...(quoted exactly...) "I'M SORRY YOU HATE THE PHONE. SEND IT BACK TO VERIZON, HERE IS AN RETURN LABEL. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PHONE WE WILL CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND YOU WON'T OWE ANYTHING." That was in October 2024!!!
I have proof that I sent the phone back to Verizon and that they actually received the phone.
NOW, SOMEONE AT VERIZON NEEDS TO CANCEL THAT CONTRACT AND REFUND ALL FUNDS PAID SINCE VERIZON ACTUALLY RECEIVED THE PHONE.
As a LONG TIME VERIZON CUSTOMER, I find this kind of disrespect to loyal customers VERY OFFENSIVE.
If I lived in an area where there were other mobile services, I would DUMP VERIZON!
HEY VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES......GET IN TOUCH ASAP TO FIX THIS.
