5G Play More Plan Issues

So I found out recently that our 4-line 5G Play More Plan was increasing this month and I wasn't aware we were being pushed towards their new My Plan.
I contacted a rep through chat (my first mistake) and he explained our plans were increasing dramatically because we haven't switched to the new myPlan.
On top of all that, my line (the owner of account) has not been receiving the promotional credit for trading in my phone for over a year. I went into a store when I first noticed it and they corrected the problem. However, the following month, my account was giving everyone on the account their $20+ promo device credit, except me.
They tried to offer a $40 discount on the entire bill, but that still didn't account for nearly the amount I'm owed.
I then was directed to a supervisor so we can work everything out. Luckily I have EVERY document from the trade-ins, to the promo price contract, and the original 5G Play More contract I signed in November of 2022.
While I was getting my info from the filing cabinet, the website timed out and all was lost after FOUR hours and it now being being 1am-2am, with work the following day.
I would love for someone to reach out to me to have this resolved on the phone, specifically a supervisor with access to all my records.

Hello, RobZ615. Thanks so much for this info. Getting your device trade-in promotion is a must. Help is here. Please tell me more about the promotion in question. Which device was traded-in? How much was the promotion for meaning how much off were you to receive?
