I am disappointed because I came to this discussion board a while back and thought all my issues were resolved, but they were not. I switched from pre-paid to a post-paid plan back in December 2023, after being a pre-paid member for over 10 years. I was being over charged like crazy after being told that switching wouldn't affect my bill. The plan I signed up for stated that I would receive a new IPhone for free and would only have to switch. After receiving my phone, I was charged the full amount for my IPhone. I had to wait over two months to be able to use my phone because it was disconnected. I was told that the phone was free. Now I am still paying for the phone every month.. Instead of getting a free phone like I was promised, I was placed on a 3 year payment plan without my concent. I hope the issue can be resolved.
