Apple one will not activate. I know thousands of people have had this same problem but Verizon is useless. They have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. They just keep trying to send me the same link that asks me to pay $20 a month for apple one out of my own pocket. It is an IT issue that they are too incompetent to have solved.
