Best way to get help on change to Ultimate Plus and adding perks

I received the email about the reduction in autopay discount unless changing to myPlan. I have a lot of questions about making the change, especially about adding and using perks.
What's the best way to get help?
The changes would be fairly involved - I currently have 5 phone lines, an Apple Watch and Verizon home interest & I have non-Verizon subscriptions to Netflix, Max, Hulu, Apple TV and Apple Music. From reading posts in this forum and elsewhere, it's not clear to me about some basics:
1. It looks like only one perk can be added per line. If I add Netflix/Max to one line, can users on the other lines use the services? Same with Disney/ESPN/Hulu and Apple One.
2. If so, how many line users can stream the services at one time, i.e. can my wife and I both watch Apple TV at the same time?
3. I'll want to upgrade to no-ad services. I understand there is an added charge but the descriptions about the process are very unclear. I tried changing to Hulu-no adds with my current plan that includes a Disney bundle. It was such a hassle that I just subscribed to and paid for a separate Hulu account. I'd like to avoid a repeat experience.
4. Will I lose all of my saved info - lists of programs to watch, continue watching lists, etc.?
5. Will changing my phones to myPlan have any effect on the cost for Apple Watch and home internet?
I stopped by a local store and the representative (who was very friendly and professional) couldn't answer some of the questions. The thought of calling Verizon customer service or trying to deal with this via chat is something that isn't appealing,
