I switched from xfinity to Verizon on January 15th and I haven't received the deals that were promised to me. My internet and phone bill were promised to never go over $40 a month and had options for a phone and television cable. I am a member of the ACP program and Internet Essentials program as well. I was also guaranteed that Verizon would buy my bill from Xfinity and I was guaranteed a better internet connection. I have recently had my phone service ended and attempted to qualify for a phone through Verizon. You did a credit check and I was cleared but for some reason I have to pay a deposit witch I didn't have to wih Xfinity. I am also willing to set up automatic payments to guarantee that ur payments are met yet still I'm having multiple problems. So far it seems like not one thing I was offered to switch to Verizon were met.I didn't even receive the gift card that was guaranteed. I was told that promotion was over even through it wasn't when I decided to switch to you guys. So it's like nothing that was promised or guaranteed was true.
