I pay for unlimited talk and text so I don’t have to get WIFI. I live in Sidney, OH 45365. I moved here in December. My phone loses service EVERY TEN MINUTES! This is 2024 and unacceptable. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years and about ready to switch carriers.

According to the coverage map, you're in a 5G UW coverage area. If you've had your SIM card or eSIM for a while and/or your old address didn't use to have 5G UW but you are on a service plan eligible for UW service, what may be going on is your account wasn't provisioned for 5G UW access because it wasn't available where you were. But now you're in a neighborhood that has it, so any time your phone picks up 5G UW it'll lose internet connection completely because it doesn't know what to do with that radio frequency.
