I had my door knocked by Verizon door to door knock sales team. They came with attractive offer which I was not able to refuse and end up signing up wireless service for 2 line I had with different provider. They mentioned that the attractive offer discounts will be applied upon activation of those 2 lines and we will help you to get you all the discounts. Those discounts were not listed on Verizon wireless website and they argument that by saying that we have privileged more then what you see on the website so do not worry and we will take good care of you. I signed up and as expected waited to get the discount applied but it never happened. They had provided me their ph numbers also to connect and email but it is going unresponsive now with lot of calls I already made. I need the help from Verizon to verify them and banned them to fool and compromise other people. For me, Verizon is marked as blacked and will not refer anyone if my issue is not resolved promptly. BE AWARE ABOUT THE SALES AT DOOR AND NOT GET INTO VERIZON PLAN

The door knock sales agency rep (Jenny from my axis agency, if my memory serve better) offered me 2 phones (as I was porting over 2 lines from Xfinity) on Verizon (Verizon will pay back via credit back in bill within 36 months) with unlimited data, text and calls for $30 per line. I'm happy to share the video recording from my ring app where all these were re confirmed by me before sign up as an evidence if needed.
Now, after I sign up and activated the line, the rep is not picking up the call, nor responding to text or email, I'm so frustrated and have very very bad experience.
