I have zero internet connection. I have tried to do some of the stuff I see on the forum but doesnt work. I cant get anyone on customer service. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Just keeps saying Safari cant connect because you have no internet service. My bill is suppose to be paid auto on Monday. If I dont have any internet connection nor can get any, that will be stopped. The robot on Verizon told me I need to call from a phone that is not phone having problems? I only have one phone? Maybe the problem will clear up when I switch providers monday.

I probably can’t help you but it might quicken a response if you list the exact phone and operating system (ios, Android etc ) you have.
