So I’ve had the worst experience so far with Verizon. First I was chatting with someone for over 3 hours and then got transferred at the end and no one knew anything of the conversation I was having prior so I waited until yesterday to place the order and finally got it placed. Paid for next day shipping for two phones and also got wifi. Got an email that I needed to send picture of my ID and myself && now I got an email that my order is being cancelled but in account it still says pending. I have never had such a horrible experience and I’m about to switch to a different carrier. I don’t know what to do. I’m typing this on my wife’s phone cause mine is broken which is the reason we are trying to get new phones && I don’t have the money to keep placing orders for them to cancel them
