I have  chatted/called Verizon NUMEROUS times since my contract started on at the end of October 2023. I was promised a price thru their live agent on a chat, however was never given this cost. I have spoken to numerous agents with no success or consideration. I have a transcript from their representative for a cost that is not being honored on my monthly statement. When I spoke with one of the live agents false promises were made that the issue would be resolved on my next bill. The next bill just arrived and its even higher than the previous bill.  I unfortunately traded in my devices and can not leave without having to pay off my 4 lines in full. I am stuck. Has anyone been thru this. Can you help me, give me some advice?
