Removed loyalty discount on 6+ lines

I went to version store to add a new line. The rep advise to switch my plan to get my bill 50 dollar cheaper. I had the play more plan and they made me switch my plans to start unlimited which I lost my hotspot for 4 lines and a few months later my bill went up from around 190$ to 310$. I notice that my loyalty discount was removed. I tried many time to get in connect with the customer service but they could not help me. I’m considering switching to another provider that actually offers less. My loyal discount was removed for 6 lines. Which was 10$ off per line. Can someone please get in touch with me regarding fixing this? If not, I am considering switching to a differnst provider.
