So my husbands plan has been on the 5 get more plan for a long time. But there have been issues with his phone since its not from Verizon mind you we had an issue in april where we. Got ported out but his phone was on verison before that. We got back within a day amd yetizon did put him back on the 5 get more. But switched all other lines to their unlimited plans. Well he has been having issues and the rep that we talked to said if he switched t9 the ultimate plan that would solve it but it hasnt its because they have limited tge apn on his sim and now we lost all the extra perks and the plan is more if you add the perks worst yet he still isnt getting service like he had previously they tell him his phone isn't eligible but it was jan thru April. Thye just do what they can to get everyone to switch to get more money mind ypu I have 6 lines on my account and since coming back locked into a 3 year contract again. After these three years are over im done. They didnt even complete registration fully on my phone an s24ultrra and tried to say it wasn't eligible. I also was to be getting a discount from work thats validated but then after they told me I was on the right plan I was informed I have to be on the ultimate plan well I went ahead and switched cause I lost my cloud data anyway so we will see if I get it.
