The system is really slow with updating usage logs. For about a couple months now, I've noticed it takes about a week before anything shows up, and for data usage at least, it shows what looks like a "lump sum" usage for the entire week as one day's usage when it finally updates instead of per-day use. Haven't looked at my call/text logs to see what's going on there.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
