Unlimited Welcome Plan

We have been with Verizon 20 years.  Back in the day, they seemed to care about their customers and would honor what their promotions and marketing suggested.  We were recently told that the new Plan of "Unlimited Welcome" was a better deal than what our old plan was.  We switched and had to fight for hotspots (Not included like the marketing agent GUARANTEED us).  But it was going to be $27/line with our autopay in place.  We received the $27 rate for one whole month and now Verizon is raising the plan to $30/line without any notification.  They don't care anymore and they have become so departmentalized that none of their people talk to each other anymore and they blame other departments for things they say they cannot change.  They have become a company of business profits not customer support.  They tell you anything to get you in their web and then do not honor their marketing promises.

Very disatisfied and watching for a deal with Consumer Cellular.
