Verizon Family app

I am attempting to log into the Verizon Family app. I login, choose the plan I want and then it immediately puts me back to the login page. This has become an endless cycle. I have tried probably 10 times and it keeps looping to the login page no matter what I push. I have re-downloaded this app three times.
