Verizon Website Chatbox

I am at my wits end. I lost count after reaching just about 15 different agents trying... and not hard enough... to help me and I still either had to come up with my own solution and/or I'm still stuck. No one knew how to look up the four chromebook plus v2 I bought and had active on my account. This past December, I deactivated the 3 of 4 from my account. February I finally decided to upgrade my chrome book (4 of 4) and yet not even two months later, doesn't know how to look it up and repeats themselves of asking if I meant upgrading to a new device. I ended up selling it to a friend's sister for a nice price because I kept it clean, no scratches, had everything, and it ran cherry! After my youngest upgraded his phone, my oldest wanted to as well.

And why does the website kick me out every single time I'm in the chatbox?!? I didn't walk away from my computer! Yet, when I FINALLY had someone that could've helped me with the new phone and MY phone not having/lost a link to the network, again the website kicks me out!!! Just about 4 days now without service.

The other day in less than 12hrs, I spoke to SEVEN AGENTS, and still no answers. I guess being with Verizon for almost 20yrs does nothing!

You're not alone.  The live chat thing always seem to disconnect after an hour or hour and half with people.  Whether it's because a timer expires on the chat feature or something else going on???
