Charged me my old bill plus new bill ($200) for one month when i switched to unlimited plus from unlimited welcome. Very conniving platform and confusing bills. They make everything confusing with ads on purpose to take advantage of consumers like me. One line for $100/month. 5g ultra wideband hardly comes on my phone and they are going to be high and mighty with me. Locked in for 3 year verizon.
