Will I lose trade-in credits?

With the upcoming price increase on 5g Play More plans, I'm considering changing to the Unlimited Plus plan since I don't use the perks anyway. I can't find anything written on if I lose trade in credits or any discounts. We have 3 phones with 20 months of trade in credits. We also get military, autopay, and loyalty (wearing thin) discounts. Why is it so hard to find this info in writing? Does anyone know for sure? I really don't trust verizon at all anymore. Chat not working, call back not working and my patience has run out sitting on hold. Probably thousands of people asking the same questions that could have easily been answered on the website. Can anyone confirm the trade in credits will continue if I switch plans?

Well if anyone is following along, I got this non-specific reply after a painful hour long AI-like chat. I'm still not sure if it was real person.
"To answer your initial inquiry, if the original promotion required Premium Unlimited (which your promotion required), then switching to the Unlimited Plus does not result in a disqualification and the customer keeps the promotion.
Does this help?"
With 3 hours of attempting to communicate before this chat, I have to say this was a not a great experience.
